Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 6 July 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Crawla LLC (“Crawla,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to https://crawla.agency and from those who engage our services.

Crawla LLC is registered at:

1209 Mountain Road PL NE STE N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA.

1. Who We Are

Our website address is https://crawla.agency.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect information in the following cases:

Contact forms and resource requests. When you fill out a contact form, request a proposal, or download a gated resource (for example, a PDF), we collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, email, company, phone number, and/or message content, depending on the specific form.

Browsing data. We automatically collect website usage data through Google Analytics and Google Search Console, including pages visited, time on site, traffic source, device type, and approximate geographic location (at the city/country level, not exact).

Client data. If you engage our services, we collect the information necessary to provide them: contact details, billing information, and, where applicable, access to the Client’s tools (for example, WordPress, Google Analytics, Search Console) needed to carry out the agreed work.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and send you the information or resource requested;
  • Send you proposals, quotes, or communications related to an ongoing project;
  • Add you to our marketing contact list (FluentCRM, hosted on our own infrastructure) to send you content, updates, or commercial communications related to Crawla, from which you can unsubscribe at any time;
  • Understand how the website is used and improve its content and functionality, through aggregated data from Google Analytics and Search Console;
  • Deliver the services you have engaged and fulfill contractual, accounting, and tax obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Forms and Contact Database (CRM)

All data submitted through contact forms or resource-download forms on the site is automatically stored in FluentCRM, our contact management and email marketing system, hosted on our own infrastructure (Replanta, an Argentine hosting provider). This means your data is not shared with third-party CRM or email marketing providers outside our infrastructure.

If you subscribed to our communications or left your information in a form, you can request at any time that we stop contacting you by writing to [fill in contact email] or by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

5. Cookies

We use first-party and third-party cookies for site functionality and for analytics purposes. When you enter the site, a banner lets you accept all, reject non-essential cookies, or set your preference by category.

Necessary cookies (always active). Used to remember your cookie preference choice (for example, crawla_cookie_consent, stored in your browser for 6 months). These do not collect identifiable information and cannot be disabled, since they are required for the site to respect your own choice.

Analytics cookies (optional, require your consent). Provided by Google Analytics, via Google Site Kit. These are only activated if you accept this category in the banner or preferences panel; until consent is given, Google Analytics operates in cookieless mode (Google Consent Mode), without identifying you individually. Typical Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) last up to 2 years and are used to distinguish users and sessions on an aggregated basis.

You can change your choice at any time via the cookie preferences link available in the site footer.

6. Embedded Content from Other Websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content (for example, YouTube videos, social media posts, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if you had visited that other website directly. These third-party sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content.

7. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except in the following cases:

  • Payment processors: if you engage a paid service, your billing information is processed by Stripe, Wise, or PayPal depending on the payment method chosen, subject to each provider’s own privacy policy.
  • Infrastructure providers: your information is stored on our hosting provider (Replanta) and, in the case of browsing data, is processed by Google (Analytics and Search Console), subject to Google’s privacy policy.
  • Legal obligations: when required by law, court order, or competent authority.

8. How Long We Retain Your Information

We retain contact and lead data in FluentCRM for as long as there is an active or potential business relationship, or until you request its deletion. Data for clients with completed projects is retained for the period necessary to comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations (generally up to 10 years depending on applicable regulations), after which it is deleted or anonymized.

9. Your Rights Over Your Information

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate data;
  • Request deletion of your personal data, unless we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or security reasons;
  • Unsubscribe from our marketing communications at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at [email protected].

10. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including the use of hosting with good security practices and restricted access to data stored in our CRM. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document. We recommend reviewing it periodically.

12. Contact

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or about how we handle your information, write to us at [email protected].
