Payment and Billing

All payments for services are processed through Stripe, Wise, PayPal, or bank transfer. By using our services, you agree to the payment terms provided at the time of purchase. Full payment is required before any service is delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Policy

Crawla LLC strives to provide high-quality services tailored to meet our clients’ needs. Due to the nature of our digital services, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once the service has commenced. However, if you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 14 days of service delivery to discuss potential remedies.
In cases where a service has not yet been delivered, and you wish to cancel, a full refund may be issued if the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of Crawla LLC, based on the progress of the work completed.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have any issues with our services or billing, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. Initiating a chargeback through your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in the suspension of your account and potential legal action.
